BEAUMONT — The West Orange-Stark Mustangs downed Northside 5-3 at the West Brook Tournament Thursday.

Da’quarius Gipson tossed five innings, allowing five hits while striking out one. Justin Veitch tossed one inning, striking out one.

Chad Dallas and Justin Veitch both went 1-for-3 and each had a RBI. Kaleb Ramsey was 1-for-4 with a RBI. William Robles was 1-for-2 and Blake Robinson was 1-for-3 and Jayz’n Robinson scored two runs and Jalen Thompson scored one.
