SHERIFF’S REPORT 02/26/208

Rain Rain Go Away. Wow! Even when it stops we are going to have to deal with the high water. Let’s see what’s been going on.

I was in school all last week. I’m so smart now, it’s scary.

We received several calls last week about two young ladies in the Old Salem area who were confused. Officers looked for them for several hours. They got them located. They called it confused. I call it high.

Received a call about a man standing in the rain just south of cow creek with his hands raised. If I would have been here, I would have said let him alone, he’s just praying, for the rain to stop.

Someone in Bon Wier called and said “The same thing that happened to my husband, is happening to me”. She wouldn’t tell the 911 operator what that was.

We had a shoot out in Deweyville area between neighbors. They missed each other. Turned out it was a misunderstanding.

Please be smart when it comes to driving into high water. Don’t Don’t Don’t. Remember turn around, don’t drown.

Gotta Go. Thought for the week: Some people feel the rain, others just get wet. Ya’ll have a good week and if we can help, just holler. God Bless!
