State Representative Dade Phelan who represents House District 21 spoke Tuesday night at the monthly meeting of the Orange County Republican Party.  Phelan was on hand to encourage candidates prior to the Primary Election March 6, 2018 and to report on activities of the Republican Party in his district. A Lincoln-Reagan Dinner was approved and will be held at the Convention and Expo Center March 17, 2018 with Texas Governor Greg Abbott.  Tickets will go on sale soon.
