ORANGEFIELD — The Liberty Panthers rallied in the fourth quarter to take down the Orangefield Bobcats 69-66 at Bobcat Gym Friday night.

The Bobcats led 50-47 going into the final stanza but the Panthers outscored Orangefield 22-16 to take home the victory.

Guard Aven Lathrop led the Bobcat offense with 17 points and had four rebounds. Dylan Williams contributed 15 points and six rebounds.

Zach Dischler pumped in 13 points and snared seven boards while Ryan Deutsch added nine points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals.

The Bobcats will open up District 22-4A play next Friday against defending Class 4A champion Silsbee.
