Scott Hasty entertained Orange Rotarians with original designs Tuesday at their weekly luncheon. “There is a science behind this,” Hasty said as he created his unique arrangements. Hasty will have an open house from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. at JScotts Aflorist along with Matthews Jewelers on Wednesday, December 13.
