DEWEYVILLE — The Deweyville Lady Pirates cruised past Sabine Pass in 25-17, 25-6, 25-12 in district volleyball action Tuesday.

Madyson Berry powered the Lady Pirates arsenal with 19 assists and a whopping 14 aces. Grace Nicholson hadh six aces and five kills. Kayla McNeil posted five aces and four kills.

Brooke Smith led the way at the net with 12 kills to go along with 12 digs. Malyasia Jones had four kills while Breana Shipp had three and Emily Bussell had two.

Winter Watts collected nine assists  and Abby Thames contributed seven digs.
