St. Mary’s Wood tutoring at shelter

Rhonda Wood is a third grade teacher at St. Mary Catholic School.

She lost her home, her car and all of her belongings during the recent flooding from Harvey.  Ms. Wood is now living in a shelter.

During her stay there she is tutoring children, putting on programs and volunteering with the Red Cross.  She also prepared her lesson plans and gift bags for her class at St. Mary.

She has taken her losses and turned them into gifts and prayers for others.  She is an inspiration to St. Mary Catholic School.
