The City of Bridge City’s #1 goal is to insure the safety of our citizens and first responders. Updated information is as follows:

POD (Point of Distribution)

MREs,  ice,  and  water  are  now  available  at  the  POD  located  at  the  BC  Community Center, 105 Parkside. Please enter parking lot on baseball field side and exit on the library side.

Tentative hours for POD are set at 9 am to 6 pm.

Debris Pickup

The City is asking all residents to PLEASE stack the debris on the HOUSE‐side of the  ditches  away  from  gas  meters  and  fire  hydrants  because  it  creates  an  unsafe situation for traffic and pedestrians and hinders drainage in the event of more rain.

Curfew

The  City  curfew  still  remains  at  8  pm  to  6  am.    As  soon  as  it  is  safe  for  ALL  residents and first responders to move about freely, the curfew will be adjusted accordingly.
