The Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls from July 11 – July 17, 2017:

 

Tuesday, July 11

  • Transport

 

Wednesday, July 12

  • Suspicious vehicle in the area of Hickory Bend and Big Bend in Orange.
  • Trespass at an undisclosed location on Cheryl Lane in Orange.

 

Thursday, July 13

  • Stolen vehicle at the 4800 block of Old Hwy. 87 in Orange.
  • Disturbance at an undisclosed location on Cheryl Lane in Orange. While en-route, the deputy was advised a woman was in the roadway with a gun. A man was taken into custody for assault, bodily injury, and a woman was taken into custody for deadly conduct.
  • Sexual assault in the Vidor area.
  • Runaway at the Vidor area.
  • Traffic offense at the 800 block of Texas Ave. in Bridge City. A male was arrested for two outstanding warrants.

 

Friday, July 14

  • Theft at the intersection of State Hwy. 62 and Hwy. 12 in Orange.

 

Saturday, July 15

  • Traffic offense on Duncan Woods Lane in Vidor. The driver was arrested for the offense.
  • Theft at the 3900 block of Westchester Drive in Orange.
  • Stolen vehicle at the 12000 block of Duncan Woods Lane in Vidor.
  • Assault at the 1200 block of Osteen Road in Vidor.

 

Sunday, July 16

  • Injured animal at the 9300 block of Interstate 10 West in Orange.
  • Burglary at the 4900 block of Magnolia Street in Orange.

 

Monday, July 17

  • Theft at the 100 block of Kilmer in Pine Forest.
  • Traffic stop at an undisclosed location in Vidor. A vehicle matching a description of a car in a theft was stopped. The driver was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Assault at the 1300 block of Cherokee in Vidor.
  • Burglary at the 11900 block of Farm to Market Road 1130 in Orange.
  • Suspicious circumstances at the 2600 block of Claire Drive in Orange.
  • Theft at the 8600 block of North Linscomb Road in Vidor.
  • Found property at the 1300 block of North Lewis Drive in Orange.
