Heavy flooding across Orange County

- Eric Williams/The Orange Leader Roselawn Addition is experiencing flooding on Thursday morning due to the heavy rains.
Heavy rains caused flooding in several areas around the county including West Orange, Orangefield, and Bridge City.
Several areas of Interstate 10 frontage road are covered by water including the Simmons Drive area. Exit 874 from Interstate 10 eastbound is closed due to high water.
Some areas have already received upwards of five inches of rain, with rain still ongoing. Unfortunately, rain chances will persist throughout the day as well.
