Orange Aggies journeyed to Beaumont, Texas, A&M Club’s meeting recently to St. Jude’s Catholic Church to hear ESPN SEC Reporter Sam Khan, Jr., middle, discuss the upcoming 2017 Aggie football season. Payne, ’71 Aggie grad.  Not pictured are their spouses, Will Bednar, ’61 Aggie, & Anne Payne, OSU, all of Orange.  Houston’s Khan has been with ESPN since 2012, and says A&M looks good offensively this year.  New this year to Aggieland will be two analysts (support staff members), who help other coaches break down recruiting, send out materials, etc., according to Khan.
