Vidor Police were dispatched to the In and Out gas station located at North Main and Interstate 10 in reference to a fight in progress at 12:26 p.m. on Saturday, according to Vidor Police Chief Rod Carroll.

Upon officers arrival, there were multiple subjects actively fighting.

Officers gained control and detained five individuals who were all involved in the fight.

After further investigation, it was learned that the fight was over a previous road rage incident that had became physical in the parking lot.

All five individuals were issued citations for disorderly conduct-fighting, and two of the five were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Two of the involved were transported to the hospital by Acadian EMS Personnel for unrelated medical issues.
