The Orange County Historical Society will have its second quarterly program on May 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the conference room on the second floor of the Lamar Orange Library. The speaker will be Mike Louviere, who writes a weekly feature article for the Orange Leader. Louviere will talk about the German POW camp located in Orange during World War II. The public is invited.
