HAMSHIRE — The West Orange-Stark Mustangs took down the Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns 6-4 in District 22-4A play at Longhorn Field Friday evening.

Tre Bernard nabbed the win on the hill for the Mustangs (14-3, 2-0), tossing a complete-game while striking out three.

Jack Dallas was 2-for-4 at the plate with a triple while BB Tezeno and Benard also went 2-for-4.

KJ Miller, Chad Dallas, Teron Brown, Kaleb Ramsey and Blake Robinson all had hits for the Mustangs while Ryan Ragsdale scored a pair of runs.

The Mustangs will venture to Bridge City Friday to face the Cardinals.
