UPDATE: At 2:20 PM the City of Orange Police Department has served the arrest warrant on Oshaquie Foster for Aggravated Assault.  Forster was arrested without incident and transported to the City of Orange Police Department.

Press Release — On March 8, 2017 Orange Police Department investigated the shooting of Centarius Chavis.  Through investigation a person of interest was discovered. An arrest warrant for Aggravated Assault has been issued for Oshaquie Foster (B/M/09-17-1993).
