Hershel Stagner, Jr. officially has a new first name – Judge. Stagner was sworn in as Justice of the Peace Precinct One on Wednesday morning at Orange County Commissioners Courtroom. A reception was held at the Precinct One Courtroom at the Courthouse after the ceremony. Stagner said he was looking forward to starting a new chapter in his life serving Pct. 1 and all the citizens of Orange County.
