Woman assaulted by four females

There was a scary incident that took place at the 100 block of Clairmont Drive Tuesday Jan. 3.

One victim had swelling and bruising on her face above her left eye and an abrasion on her left eyelid near the bridge of her nose.

The victim was asked if she needed an ambulance and she said “no.”

The victim advised that she had been assaulted by four black female suspects, three of which were known suspects and one unknown suspect.

The victim said the four suspects arrived at the 1000 block of Clairmont at about 9:50 p.m. and began to attack her in the front yard by punching and kicking her.

The victim said one of the known suspects went back to suspect vehicle and got a handgun and pointed it at her in a threatening manner. The victim said when she was assaulted it hurt and caused her pain and when the handgun was displayed she was in fear of death or serious bodily harm. The victim provided a written statement and said she wanted to press charges.

The other victim described the suspect vehicle as a dark color Chevrolet Malibu displaying Texas license plate #FMN3839. Dispatch checked and advised the license plate returned to a different make and model of vehicle to subject out of Houston.

The victim said the four suspects arrived at his residence in the 1000 block of Clairmont and began to physically attack him. The victim said he witnessed one of the known suspects return to the suspect vehicle and get a black semi-automatic handgun. The victim said the suspect then pointed the handgun in the direction of his residence and people nearby in a threatening and dangerous manner.

The victim said the suspects returned to their vehicle and left the area before police arrived.

The victim said he believed by displaying a handgun this known suspect was endangering him and the five children, who were inside his residence. The victim provided a written statement and said he wanted to press charges.
