Beaumont, Texas—Anyone donating blood at a LifeShare center now through Dec. 10 has an opportunity to send a special message that will be attached to a stuffed animal and given to a child in the hospital later this December. LifeShare’s Beaumont location is at 4305 Laurel Street and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00a.m. to noon.

“Blood donors are already giving the most important gift many will ever receive this Christmas, but they usually don’t get to send a personal message with it. To celebrate the gift of life they give, we are providing stuffed animals for children in the hospital so that blood donors may give in their honor and attach a message,” says Tina Hooper, spokesperson for LifeShare Blood Centers.
