Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls from Oct. 10 – Oct. 16:

 

Monday, Oct. 10

• Suspicious person at the 1000 block of Timberwood Street in Vidor.
• Disturbance at the 400 block of Sawmill Road in Vidor.
• Sexual assault of a child in the Vidor area.
• Theft at the 7500 block of North Hwy. 87 in Orange.
• Runaway at the 200 block of Carla Street in Vidor.
• Animal bite at the 4100 block of Darlene Street in Orange.
• Disturbance at the 3400 block of Elk Drive in Orange.

 

Tuesday, Oct. 11

• Disturbance at the 3400 block of Elk Drive in Orange.
• Runaway at the 200 block of Carla Street in Vidor.
• Violation of protection order at the 200 block of Border Street in Orange.
• Animal bite at the 600 block of Strickland in Orange.
• Disturbance at the 100 block of Ford Lane in Orange.
• Traffic stop and violation of a controlled substance at West Railroad Avenue and South Archie Street in Vidor. During a traffic stop, two occupants in a Dodge truck were arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
• Disturbance at the 600 block of Concord Street in Vidor.

 

Wednesday, Oct. 12

• Sex offender verification and disturbance in Vidor.
• Juvenile problem and possession of marijuana at Terry Road and Connell Road in Vidor.
• Pursuit and evading arrest at North Tram Road and Spoonemore Road in Vidor. Driver of a motorcycle refused to stop for a traffic stop and was later apprehended and charged with evading arrest, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

 

Thursday, Oct. 13

• Narcotics incident at West Railroad Avenue and South Archie Street in Vidor.
• Theft at the 7600 block of Raintree Lane in Orange.

 

Friday, Oct. 14

• Traffic collision at Old Hwy. 90 and Tulane Road.
• Burglary at the 7300 block of Hwy 87 in Bridge City.
• Theft at the 3400 block of Elk Drive in Orange.
• Child endangerment in the Orange area.
• Burglary at the 4000 block of Shadowdale Lane in Orange.
• Unusual circumstances at the 1000 block of Pine Cove in Vidor.

 

Saturday, Oct. 15

• Traffic stop, illegal narcotics and illegal knife at the 10,000 block of Hwy 105 in Orange. During a traffic stop an undetermined amount of illegal narcotics and an illegal knife were found on the suspect’s immediate possession and the suspect was arrested.

• Theft at the 3100 block of Brent Drive in Orange.
• Burglary at the 3400 block of North Tram Road in Vidor.
• Disturbance at the 7200 block of Hwy. 12 in Vidor.
• Disturbance at the 4600 block of Old Hwy. 87 in Orange.
• Theft at the 7600 block of Raintree Lane in Orange.
• Disturbance at the 100 block of West Bluff Road in Orange.
• Music disturbance at the 4800 block of Yaupon Circle in Orange.

 

Sunday, Oct.16

• Burglary at the 200 block of Spoonemore Road in Vidor.
• Theft at the 100 block of County Road 4148 in Deweyville.
• Suspicious circumstances and unlawful tracking device at the 1900 block of Texas Avenue in Bridge City.
• Harassment at the 4500 block of Old Hwy. 87 in Orange.
• Music disturbance at the 4800 block of Yaupon Circle in Orange.
