Vidor Rotary’s Pillars of the Community for October were left to right retiring City of Vidor Police Chief Dave Shows, Constable Weldon Peveto, who is leaving office soon, and far right, Vidor ISD Police Chief Jerry Parker, who recently retired.  They are pictured with Rotary President Tim Andrews, second from right.  The three retiring officers have more than one hundred years of experience among them.  They were recognized for their service to the Vidor community.
