Victoria Hennigan and Elizabeth Franklin were at Shangri La Botanical Gardens and Nature Center, Saturday, October 22, 2016 with their mom, Andrea Henningan, during the annual Scarecrow Festival. Area groups, schools and businesses have created scarecrows that are on display for the public to enjoy. Visitors also have the opportunity to vote for their favorite scarecrow. Winning scarecrows will be announced at the end of the festival.
