Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, one of the oldest African American churches in the city of Orange, will be hosting it’s 145th celebration of serving the Lord and helping the community at 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, at North Orange Baptist Church located on 4775 16th Street in Orange. Guest speakers will be Lanie Brown, executive director of community relations for Congressman Brian Babin. Mistress of Ceremony will be Minister Deborah Mitchell and Rev. Anthony Jackson.
