PEARL HARBOR — Adm. Scott Swift, commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet, left, presents the Arleigh Burke Fleet Trophy Award to the crew of the Virginia-class fast-attack submarine USS Texas (SSN 775) pierside in Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The trophy is awarded to a ship that best represents the fleet, achieving the best overall improvement in battle efficiency, and is presented annually to the most-improved ships or aviation squadrons in both the Atlantic and Pacific Fleets.
