VIDOR — The Little Cypress-Mauriceville Lady Bears made a clean sweep of Vidor, downing the Lady Pirates 25-14, 25-15, 25-20 at Pirate Gym.

Kaitlin Avery led the Lady Bear attack with 11 kills.

Morgan Weaver notched 19 assists while Renna Toomey posted 16 digs.

Ally paved the way with three blocks while Berkley Dobranski and Madison Taggart collected three aces apiece.

LC-M played Beaumont West Brook late Tuesday night and will play in the YMBL Tournament in Beaumont Thursday and Saturday and will welcome Beaumont Central on Friday.

BUNA — The West Orange-Stark Lady Mustangs took down the Buna Lady Cougars 25-17, 22-25, 2523, 25-22 at Cougar Gym.

Ja’Tayjah Vital led the Lady Mustangs with 18 kills and had five blocks.

Elecia Barlow notched 12 kills and 22 digs while Natiyah Brumfield collected a tremendous 44 digs.

Gabby Robinson did a great job setting up the offense while collecting 70 assists. Shatrya Allen had 14 kills and nine blocks while Destiny Lebouef had 20 digs and Lexi Holt added 18.

In other non-district action, Bridge City swept Kountze in three games and hosted Liberty late Tuesday.
