PRESS RELEASE — The Orange County Grand Jury has indicted Carl Jacob Broussard, DOB: 2-18-1962, on two cases of Failure to Stop and Render Aid. These cases are alleged to have occurred on November 2, 2015, on MacArthur Drive in Orange. Two people were killed in the accident and Mr. Broussard is charged with leaving the scene. Bond has been set at $100,000 on each case. Each case is a second degree felony, punishable by two to twenty years in prison and a fine of $10,000.

            The cases has not yet been assigned to a District Court.
