The South East Texas Regional Planning Commission’s Transportation and Environmental Division is gathering public comment to update the South East Texas Area Regional Public Transportation Coordination Plan at 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 19, at the City of Orange Public Library located at 200 5th Street in Orange.
