At approximately 12:30p.m., the Texas Department of Public Safety received a report of a two vehicle crash on Interstate 10 near mile marker 832 in Jefferson County.  The crash occurred in the eastbound traffic lanes of the Interstate.

Jefferson County Troopers are in route to the crash scene and additional information will be released as details are confirmed.

Due to multiple crashes on the Interstate in Jefferson and Chambers Counties, motorists are urged to find alternate travel routes.  Long delays are expected.
