This week’s Critter Cam is a very special one for me. Over the last few months I have been emailing back and forth with Austin Stevens, host of Austin Stevens Adventures and Austin Stevens “Snakemaster”.

He is my favorite current outdoors television host and one of the most renown snake photographers in the world.

When asked about his favorite snake to photograph he said it is the Mangrove snake of Southeast Asia.

“They are stunningly beautiful snakes and are very animate, posing well for the camera,” he said.
