Hallwood Modular Buildings announces location to OC

Orange County Commissioners Court approved, during the Tuesday afternoon meeting, an Abatement Agreement for property for the proposed site of Hallwood Modular Buildings.

County Economic Corporation Director Jessica Hill announced the company will be located at 19262 State Hwy. 62 South in Orange.

Hallwood Modular Buildings provides protective building systems and related services to protect personal and critical equipment.

“The Orange County EDC is excited to welcome Hallwood Modular Buildings to the county,” Hill said. “They are committed to our community and dedicated to growing the company alongside existing business.”

Hallwood Modular Buildings is prepared to hire as many as 28 company representatives over the next 10 years and invest $17million in its business.

“Orange County has significant assets to offer an industrial company such as Hallwood,” Hill said. “We look forward to celebrating their success.”

Hallwood Financial purchased MBI Leasing in October of 2011 and subsequently changed the name to Hallwood Modular Buildings. Hallwood is also active in the Textile Industry, according to the official website.
