The 36^th Annual Mauriceville Crawfish Festival is Fri. April 15- Sun. 17 at the Mauriceville Festival Grounds. Saturday will kick-off with a 5k Run at 8 a.m.. A parade will immediately follow at 9 a.m. The festival grounds will open from 10 a.m. – Midnight on Saturday and Noon – 4 p.m. Sunday.

Liuve preformers scheduled for Saturday are Lake View Band, Cajun Harmony, Drivin’ Dixie, Twangster’s Union and JB AND THE MOONSHINE BAND.

Entry fees is $5 until 5 p.m. after 5 p.m. admission is $10. Sunday is Family Fun Day $5. Patrons are encouraged to bring cleaning products and household items for Deweyville Flood Victims returning home.
