Jasmine Morehead, an intern with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Family & Consumer Sciences, taught a Heart Healthy class Tuesday evening. Approximately 30 people attended the hands on course, which taught individuals three easy steps to achieve heart health: Prevention, Pumping and Prepping.
