On March 15, 2016, at 10:05 pm, Officers were dispatched to Lutcher Street in Orange in reference to a disturbance. Upon their arrival, officers met with the 54 year old homeowner and 31 year old male subject who, according to preliminary indications, had attempted to force entry into the residence. An altercation ensued during which the subject was injured while fighting with the homeowner who was trying to protect himself and his property. The 31 year old male was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital for treatment for his injuries. No arrests have been made and the investigation continues.
