The basketball playoffs are approaching for both the Orangefield Lady Bobcats and the Little Cypress-Mauriceville Lady Bears.

The Lady Bobcats, the second-place team out of District 24-4A, will take on either Liberty or Coldspring in the 4A Region III bidistrict playoffs Monday at 6 p.m. at Kountze High School.

The Lady Bears, the third-place team out of 24-4A, will take on 23-4A runnerup Splendora at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Warren High School.
