American Legion Post 49 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Thurs., Feb 4, will hold a BBQ Chicken plate lunch fundraiser. The meals consist of smoked chicken quarter, link, potato salad, beans, bread and dessert. Cost is $8. Walk in-s are welcome and delivery is available. Call 409-886-1241 after noon on Wed., Feb. 3 and before 9 a.m. Thurs. Feb. 4 for orders and deliveries.
