On January 28, 2016 at 4:45 pm. Detective’s with the City of Orange Police Department served an arrest warrant on Charles Caverley, white male, DOB 02-21-1964.  Caverley is a suspect in the January 25, 2016, Palais Royal burglary.  With cooperation from citizens, detectives were able to gather information and obtain an arrest warrant for Caverley.  Caverley was arrested and transported to the Orange County jail without incident.
