Orange County Commissioners Court will meet for a Special Court session 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Commissioners’ courtroom of the Orange County Administration Building located at 123 South 6th Street in Orange.

With 26 items on the agenda, the court will discuss employee vacation policy and health insurance for employees hired on or after January 1, 2016.

The agenda states the health insurance benefit item will only pertains to new hires and not to current employees, current or future retirees hired on or before December 31, 2015.

The court will also discuss the calculation and payout for termination longevity pay.

Commissioners will also discuss the approval of HOT funds or the Texas Public Services Association of Bridge City High School.

Also on the agenda is discussion and possible approval authorizing a storage building to be installed on the land at the Orange County Convention and Expo Center for climate control storage for Public Health inventory and assets.
