BEAUMONT — The Beaumont West Brook Lady Bruins handed the Orangefield Lady Bobcats a 64-40 non-district loss Tuesday night.

The Lady Bruins pulled away thanks to a 22-12 spurt in the second quarter.

Sabryn Crain had a nice double-double for the Lady Bobcats (1-1), scoring 14 points while yanking down 21 rebounds.

Kalyn Nelson had 11 points, five rebounds and two steals. Hanna Lowe contributed eight points and two boards. Bethany Green notched four points, three rebounds and two assists while Emmi Lummus collected six rebounds, five steals and four assists.
