WO-S assistant coach arrested in connection to Monday’s hit and run

On 11/03/2015, at 9:30 PM, the suspect in the Accident Leaving the Scene on MacArthur Drive arrived at the Orange Police Department to turn himself in. After being interviewed by the Detective Division, Carl Broussard, of Vinton, Louisiana and assistant coach at WO-S, was arrested for two counts of Accident Leaving the Scene which is a felony of the second degree.
