Orange County Judge and United States Air Force Reserves Major Stephen Brint Carlton shakes hands with Air Force Reservist Zach Capra after Capra was sworn in a lieutenant in the United States Air Force. Capra worked in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office for approximately 18 months. His last day was Wednesday and Capra will attend Air Force JAG Academy.
