Traffic was halted Tuesday morning on Interstate 10 near the Horseman Store when a woman traveling westbound apparently lost control of her truck flipping the vehicle into the Eastbound lanes. The woman was sent to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries but was said by authorities to be conscious and alert.
