Pastor: Educator no longer employed at Community Christian High School

ORANGE — Commnunity Church Pastor Daniel Rose said in a statement issued by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office an educator at Community Christian High School is no longer employed at the school while deputies investigate an alleged improper relationship between the educator and a student.

The sheriff's office reported Thursday the allegations involve a female educator and a male student.

Deputies first took the report of the allegation on Monday, Oct. 1 at the school located at 3400 Martin Luther King Drive in Orange.

“The educator is no longer employed by the school,” said Daniel Rose, pastor at Community Church. “We are now cooperating and will always cooperate with law enforcement authorities. The safety and welfare of our students is always of the highest priority. This matter is now in the hands of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.”

No arrests have been made as of Thursday afternoon and no further details were given by the sheriff’s office.
