All-new sports stations debuts Monday

ORANGE — In an unprecedented move to establish Southeast Texas newest and only Sports station, Cumulus Media recently announced the launch of SPORTS RADIO 1450AM.

The station is set to air at 6 a.m. April 1 and  will provide around-the clock sports coverage from experienced broadcasters utilizing the power and resources of CBS Radio and the award-winning CBS Sports.

All-new SPORTS RADIO 1450AM will feature high-profile personalities including Tiki Barber,

Brandon Tierney, Dana Jacobson, John Feinstein, Jim Rome, Doug Gottlieb, and Scott Ferrall,

Boomer Esiason, among others which will deliver breaking news, comprehensive sports updates,

live interview with major sports figures and on-site coverage from the biggest sporting events.

SPORTS RADIO 1450AM will also feature play-by-play live coverage of the Houston Astros,

Houston Texans, and Texas A&M Aggies.
