If you have every wanted to learn more about being a foster parent or adopting a child, then an organization is holding a meeting this month just for you.
Buckner Children and Family Services will present a free foster care and adoption information meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14 at Buckner Children’s Village, 9055 Manion Drive in Beaumont.
A Buckner representative will give an overview of foster care and adoption options in Texas, including foster-to-adopt, Waiting Texas Children and domestic infant adoption programs. International adoption options, through Buckner’s affiliate Dillon International, will also be discussed.
