ORANGE — In preparation for Tropical Storm Francine, the City of Orange has sand and bags available at the following locations:
– Memorial Field on Eddleman Road
– Cove Recreation Area on West Campus Street
Precincts offering sandbags:
Precinct 1 County Road & Bridge Maintenance Barn located on North Hwy 87 at North Teal

Residents are encouraged to bring their own shovel to bag the sand and to monitor official local news sites for current information regarding weather updates.
