Orange County motorists need to be aware of state highway closure Tuesday, state officials announced.

According to the Texas Department of Transportation, SH 87 northbound at Interstate 10 will be closed Tuesday night.

The closure starts at 8 p.m. and run through 5 a.m.

Highway officials said the closures are due to construction.
