A man was reported to the Orange Police Department for setting the management office on fire, at approximately 10 p.m. on Wednesday, at the Sunset Grove Apartments at the 2800 block of Sunset Drive in Orange.
When officers arrived at the scene, they arrested Curtis Lee Crutcher for arson.
