Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Dear Parents,

As you are deciding which form of instruction your child will receive this school year, there are a few things I want you to consider.

-How well is my connectivity to do at-home instruction? The district provides Chromebooks; however, some may not have the internet capability to run the device, or the internet connection is weak. Parents will need to be able to supply the connectivity if you choose at-home learning.

-How well does my child work independently? Teachers will provide support to students as needed, but parents should consider how well their child might respond to virtual instructional support versus face-to-face instructional support.

-How self-disciplined is my child? Does my child have the self-discipline to log in daily to complete work assignments and attend regularly scheduled zoom meetings with the teacher?

-How equipped am I to support the learning? Does my daily schedule allow me the flexibility to provide the needed support for my child to be successful on the at-home learning platform?

These are just some questions to consider as you make your decisions. My goal is that everyone is safe and successful in each environment. We are here to assist you through this process as we all adjust to this new way of educating our students.
