After careful consultation with Mauriceville Heritage Association Board Members, County Judge John Gothia, and Orange County Sherriff Lane Mooney regarding the health and safety of everyone in our county – our patrons, our volunteers, our vendors/entertainers and our law enforcement – we have made the difficult decision to postpone our Summer Bash Event, scheduled for July 25.

Following increased and overwhelming concerns about the COVID-019 virus, we felt this was the best way to proceed during such an unprecedented global situation.

We are very disappointed that we are unable to hold this event honoring our local law enforcement.

But we know it’s the right decision based on the information we have today.

We tank everyone who shared our event and have supported us throughout this difficult time.

While we plan to provide and deliver a special meal to our local law enforcement agencies, at this time we do not have a scheduled date for this event.
