Orangefield graduation set this weekend; Ford Park regulations

The Orangefield Independent School District has their graduation planned and set up for this Saturday, June 6 at Ford Park Arena in Beaumont.

The graduation will start at 3 p.m. (Admission ticket and COVID screening form required for entry).

Live Stream will be available on the Orangefield ISD YouTube Channel and on the OISD Facebook Page.

Items prohibited at Ford Park are listed below. The link to the screening form and graduation program can be found on the Orangefield ISD website.

Ford Park Prohibited Items

No Backpacks, or large bags/purses. (small clutch purses are okay)

No Glass items

No Liquid Containers

No Go Pros, IPad, Selfie Sticks

No weapons of any kind including guns, firearms, handcuffs, knives, mace, long chains and personal pepper spray (TABC 51%, TX Section 30.06, & 30.07 Penal Code)

No Bicycles, Scooters or Segway’s, or Strollers

No Radio scanning/jamming equipment

No Fireworks, laser pointers, glow sticks, candles, whistles, horns or any noise making devices

No Banners with poles

No Disruptive signs

No inflatable items such as beach balls, balloons, etc.

No Pets (service dogs as defined by Texas Human Resournces Code, Section 121.002 permitted)

No illegal drugs or substances

No coolers

No tobacco products

No outside food or drink, concession items will be available for purchases by card only

Students/guests not following the rules and regulations set forth by Ford Park at the graduation ceremony will face consequences up to and including removal from the ceremony and/or delayed distribution of their diploma.
