Dates: Guys-Weeks of June 8th, June 15th, June 22nd, June 29th, July 6th, July 13th, July 22nd.

Girls- Weeks of June 8th, June 15th, June 22nd, June 29th, July 13th, July 22nd.

Days: Monday – Thursday. No workouts on July 3rd, July 7th-8th, July 20th -21st.

Times:

Guys- Incoming 7th and 8th will be from 9am- 10am.

Incoming 9th and 10th will be from 10am-11am.

Incoming 11th and 12th will be from 11am-noon.

Check in will be in the parking lot in front of the field house.

Ladies- Workouts will be from 10am – noon.

Check in will be in the parking lot in front of the field house.

Covid 19 Guidelines

  • Locker rooms and shower areas are off-limits.
  • Athletes will be screened daily for health and temperature taken daily.
  • Hand sanitizer will be made available throughout the workout areas.
  • Weight rooms will be at 25% capacity.
  • Athletes need to wear appropriate workout gear and will shower at home.
  • Equipment will be disinfected daily.
  • Athletes will be required to bring their own water( 1 gallon recommended).
  • Athletes will maintain safe distances while working out and resting.

Athletes are encouraged to stay home should they start to experience any of the following symptoms:

  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Repeated shaking with chills
  • Headache
  • Diarrhea
  • Cough, chills, sore throat
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Having a temperature equal to or greater than 100.
  • Any close contact with a person who is confirmed to have Covid-19.
